GSSSB Recruitment 2026 For 39 Stenographer Grade-3 Posts

Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB) has released a notification for recruitment of 39 English Stenographer Grade-3 and Gujarati Stenographer Grade-3 posts on regular basis in various departments of Gujarat State. Eligible candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with required shorthand and computer proficiency can apply online through the official OJAS portal. The online registration process started on 21 February 2026 and will remain open until 06 March 2026. Selection will be conducted through shorthand test, main examination and skill test as per board rules.

2. Click on “Online Application” and select the GSSSB Stenographer advertisement.
3. Fill the online application form carefully with personal and educational details.
4. Upload required documents including photograph and signature in prescribed format.
5. Pay the application fee online and submit the form before 06 March 2026.
6. Take a printout of the final submitted application form for future reference.
